“Office is very understanding with every situation, and I'm sad to leave. I usually don't write reviews but compass defiantly deserves a good one! I live downstairs, and I believe the buildings used soundproof instillation because I rarely ever hear my neighbors upstairs or next door. The renovations are beautiful, However there was still water damage in the cabinets when we moved in, and maybe were done in a rush? I've had multiple calls to maintenance and they are always here and fixed what I needed fixed, and he even let me know what to do in the future to prevent it happening again(garbage disposal stopped working due to my own mistake). Its not perfect but I've lived in many apartments in my life and compass has been the best one by far. I never knew I needed a remote for my lights but man has it been convenient. The pool is good, the gym is nice, the tennis court is nice , and having the park behind us has been a huge plus! If I wanted to stay in this part of Florida I would not leave compass! ”

“Traci, Nancy, and Heather have been absolutely phenomenal and have gone ABOVE and beyond their job title in this move on process. They have truly welcomed me in like family! My apartment was clean and feels cozy. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone is pretty friendly and keeps to themselves. Also in a very convenient location in town! So grateful for finding my perfect new little home. ”
